Project Management

Gambit Financial Solutions project management policy is to assign a Project Management Team to assure the perfect completion of each mission. This PMT will guide the implementation through well-defined tasks, documents and milestones.

The PMT is composed of a functional and a technical leader from Gambit Financial Solutions and two equivalent members from the client. The PTM will produce reporting status at certain agreed times throughout the project ensuring targets and deadlines are met. At the end of the implementation a review is made together with a member of Gambit’s executive management in order to demonstrate the business benefits delivered and to assess the quality of solution implementation after a period of use.

System Integration

Gambit Financial Solutions are designed to easily exchange information with multiple data sources. Our intelligent integration component enables Gambit to be fed by any parallel software implemented in the client’s back office, as well as by any external data provider. End-Users do not need to switch from one system to another anymore.

All Gambit Financial Solutions applications are based on a .Net architecture and we are implementing a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) in order to simplify a two-way communication with others systems.

Consulting Services

Gambit Financial Solutions offers more traditional Consulting Services focused on portfolio diagnostic and recommendation. Our advisory services provide unique perspectives on how to help make client's portfolio management business more efficient and effective.

For this purpose we have developed a unique approach to diagnose a given portfolio, fund or financial product range to assess alignment with client’s risk appetite and to recommend portfolio re-balancing.
